SEEK has launched a new Recruiter Directory, offering unprecedented visibility for recruitment professionals and empowering employers and job seekers across Australia and New Zealand to connect with top talent advisers. The move signals SEEK’s deeper investment into recruiter visibility and transparency, as the platform continues to innovate the way hiring is done across the region.
The directory, now live across SEEK’s Australian and New Zealand platforms, integrates Sourcr’s existing recruiter profiles directly into SEEK’s ecosystem. This partnership allows recruitment consultants to display verified reviews, outline their specialisations, and demonstrate performance metrics in a single, searchable interface. For clients and candidates, it offers a streamlined way to evaluate and engage with recruiters based on real-world results.
Recruiters who are active on Sourcr and meet eligibility criteria-such as having at least one verified review in the past 12 months and clearly defined specialisations-are automatically featured. Their profiles are now discoverable directly from SEEK’s homepage via the navigation bar, giving them exposure to SEEK’s high-volume daily traffic.
“This is about lifting the veil and showcasing the true value great recruiters bring to the hiring process,” said one industry participant in a recent post by Sourcr. “By making verified reviews visible at the point where employers are searching, SEEK is giving credible consultants a chance to stand out.”
For recruitment agencies, the directory offers more than just a listing. It’s a branding opportunity—where client success stories, placement volume, and candidate satisfaction can be put on full display. It also levels the playing field, allowing boutique agencies or specialist consultants to compete for attention alongside larger firms.
For hiring managers and job seekers, the benefits are equally compelling. Employers can now browse recruiters by industry, location, or client feedback, reducing the guesswork in choosing a recruitment partner. Candidates, meanwhile, gain more insight into who’s representing them and what others have experienced working with those recruiters.
While currently limited to Australia and New Zealand, SEEK has hinted that this is only the beginning. Plans are in place to explore further expansion, potentially making the Recruiter Directory a central pillar of SEEK’s offering across the Asia-Pacific.
